Pisco coming soon to Puro Wine!
We are so glad that spring has finally sprung – and just in time, Puro Wine received its Pisco license this week. We will keep you updated as soon as there is Pisco in the store, but in the meantime here is a great recipe to get you thinking…
1 egg white
2 1/2 ounces of Chilean Pisco
1/2 ounce of Simple syrup
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
In a blender with 1 cup of ice, combine the egg white, pisco, syrup and lemon juice. Blend in the “ice crush” speed for around 30 seconds or until it’s a little bit white and bubbly and the ice has melted. Top with a few drops of bitters.
