Degustibus Food & Wine Pairing Class

Last weekend Our Puro Chile chef Camila Moreno, together with David Rosengarten made it very clear about the amazing quality of Chilean food & wines. The class was held at the just remodeled “Degustibus Cooking School” at Macy’s.

The assistants were amazed with the mixtures of flavors in every single dish, such as: “Sopaipillas with Pebre”,”Plateada  al Jugo con Pastelera de Choclo”(Slow Roasted Brisket with Corn Puree), “Lucuma Meringue Cake”. Each of course paired with 2 or 3 wines, all provided by Wines of Chile.
