Degustibus Food & Wine Pairing Class
October 6, 2011 Events, Gourmet, News, PressLast weekend Our Puro Chile chef Camila Moreno, together with David Rosengarten made it very clear about the amazing quality of Chilean food & wines. The class was held at the just remodeled “Degustibus Cooking School” at Macy’s.
The assistants were amazed with the mixtures of flavors in every single dish, such as: “Sopaipillas with Pebre”,”Plateada al Jugo con Pastelera de Choclo”(Slow Roasted Brisket with Corn Puree), “Lucuma Meringue Cake”. Each of course paired with 2 or 3 wines, all provided by Wines of Chile.
