Chilean Beef at Bloomingdales
During April & May, ‘Fire Island Cookbook’ authors Mike DeSimone and Jeff Jenssen shared their food and wine secrets for summertime entertaining. One of their featured recipes was Chilean Beef sliders paired with a goat cheese spread, caramelized onions, and crispy bacon. Mike and Jeff explained to the very hungry crowd the benefits of using Chilean Beef and after tasting the sliders, we think they were sold!
